Verifying the ear

Listen with a stethoscope clicks injectors work at idle (Fig. 2.251).

Make sure that the click repetition rate increases with increasing engine speed.

In the absence of a stethoscope, you check the work of nozzles, applying to them the finger ( Fig. 2.252 ).

If it does not feel the vibration, check the electrical socket, or flow nozzle control signal from the engine control unit.
