- Remove the trim cylinder head cover / air cleaner.
| On models with the motor attached to the air cleaner, remove the resonator chamber (2/1). |
- Remove the screws (1/4) and remove the plastic cover.
- Relieve the pressure in the fuel system through the service valve (see. Section Dropping pressure in the fuel system of a gasoline engine).
- Disconnect the fuel supply line (17/2).
- Disconnect the electrical wiring from the injectors (Y62).
- Remove the mounting screws (17/1) and remove the fuel line assembly (17) with injectors (Y62) to the intake manifold.
- If necessary, remove the injectors.
- Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the O-ring (16/8 and 16/9), which prior to installation should be lubricated.
