- Perform lubrication Articulation actuator.

Check | - Switch off the ignition.
- Loosen the lid to the base plate (2) control the throttle actuator.
- Check the smooth running of the connecting rod (32/4) of the throttle wire (32), replace the obviously defective components (see. Below).

Adjustment At closed throttle | - Loosen the connecting rod (32/4) on the throttle lever (32/5) to vote the state of idling stop.
- Expand the lever (32/5) clockwise until it stops to stop idling.
- Rotate the spherical socket freely adjust the position of the connecting rod (32/4) to support lever throttle actuator (32/5).
- Put the stem (32/4) in the spherical support of the lever (32/5) and lock nut.
- Fully release the accelerator pedal (24), - a roller (32/8) of the support arm (32/6) must be free to rest against a stop idling.

At full throttle | - Turning to the left, release limiting the maximum opening of the throttle valve (38).
- While pressing the accelerator pedal (24), open the throttle so that the actuating lever (32/5) ran into a fence activator (arrow).
- Turning right, fix the stop (38) in the adjusted position.

- During disassembly as detailed as possible, try to remember adjusting position of components filmed, paying special attention to the torsion spring (5) and lever roller (6). Replace defective parts.
- Installation axial screw (8) during assembly trace for providing both arms (3 and 4) the axial play within 0.1 ÷ 0.3 mm.
- After finishing the assembly, make sure of serviceability of functioning of the regulator

Adjustment | - Depress the accelerator pedal (24) to lock it in the gauge-switch kickdown (S16 / 6), but does not activate the last.
- Turn the adjusting screw (32/3) dobeyte to position sensor adjusting lever (31/1) ran into to limit the maximum throttle opening (b).
- When the gas pedal is released, the sensor should rest on the stop idling (a) - Achieve the implementation of this requirement by rotating the adjusting nut (32/2), - alternatively, can be completely the same nut to choose the free travel.
- Make progress in the fullness of the throttle.

Removing and installing the throttle cable Models 163,136 Adjusting the throttle models 163.136 (111 series engine)  | | |

- Uncover the throttle control.
- Hands move the support lever (32/6) in the position corresponding to wide open throttle position (arrow) and hold it, release the drive cable (32) of the guide element (32/6).
- Remove the guide element (32/5) from the support arm (32/6) and remove the last assembly from the drive cable (32).
- Squeeze the plastic retainer (30/4) and release it from the base plate (2) complete with drive cable (32).
- Disconnect the cable end (arrow) from the accelerator pedal (24).
- Push the cable from the engine compartment into the passenger compartment, - make sure that the grommets remained in place in the bulkhead.
- Pull Rope assembly from the engine compartment.
- Installation is in the reverse order - the open land between the cable guide element (30/5) and the tip grease anticorrosive, track reliability landing locking pin (24/1).
- Finally, check the cable adjustment, if necessary, make the necessary adjustments.

- Disconnect the drive cable (32) of the ball head.
- Squeeze the plastic retainer (30/4) and remove it from the fixed arm (10), complete with drive cable (32).
- Remove the cover mounted to the left under the dashboard.
- Disconnect the cable end (arrow) from the accelerator pedal (24).
- Push the cable from the engine compartment into the passenger compartment, - make sure that the grommets remained in place in the bulkhead.
- Pull Rope assembly from the engine compartment.
- Installation is in the reverse order - track reliability landing locking pin (24/1).
- Finally, check the cable adjustment, if necessary, make the necessary adjustments.

- Remove the air cleaner bypass sleeve (see. Section Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path).
- Remove crankcase ventilation hose.
- Remove the retaining screw and remove the activator ISC.
- Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the O-ring (35/3), track correctness of connecting the vent hose.

- Remove the trim cylinder head cover / air cleaner.
- Remove the air duct with integrated sensor MAF (see. Section Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path).
- Disconnect vent line (1/2) of the inlet conduit (19).
- Disconnect the wiring connector (arrow)
- Remove the screws (8/1) and remove the actuator (M16 / 6).
- Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the O-ring (8/2) Track reliability of fixing pin (arrow).
