Removal and installation of the water pump

Details of the installation of the water pump motor Series 111

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Details of the installation of the water pump motor 111 are shown in a series of illustrations, which includes all the links in the text. Remove the cooling fan assembly with the viscous coupling (see. Section Removal and installation of the cooling fan assembly). Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust). Disconnect hoses cooling path (11, 12 and 13). Release combined, equipped with bolts and washers (33a) fastening of a pulley (33) of the drive belt. Remove the accessory drive belt (2) Remove the pulley (33). Turn out fixing bolts and remove the water pump assembly (34) from the engine. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces and prepare a new gasket (35). Installation is in the reverse order. Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Details of the installation of the water pump engine series 112 and 113 are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text. Remove the trim panel of the engine / air cleaner. Remove the fan assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of the cooling fan assembly). Disconnect the lower hose cooling path from the radiator or coolant pump and drain the coolant from the radiator. Remove the accessory drive belt (2). Remove the drive belt tensioner accessory (see chap. Engine). Remove the hoses of the cooling path (4 and 5). Disconnect the hose (6) from the liquid heat exchanger system of engine lubrication. Remove the water pump pulley (7). Turn out fixing bolts and remove the pump assembly (8). Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the gasket (9).

M612

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Details of the installation of the water pump motor 612 are shown in a series of illustrations, which includes all the links in the text. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust). Remove the finishing panels (1 and 2). Remove the fan assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of the cooling fan assembly). Remove the accessory drive belt (3). Remove the hoses of the cooling path (4 and 5). Having hooked, remove the cover (6) of the guide roller (7). Remove the guide roller (7). Disconnect the fuel line (8) from the shut-off valve (Y75). Turn out fixing bolts and remove the water pump assembly (9). Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces and prepare a new gasket. Installation is in the reverse order. Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks.

Details of the installation of the water pump motor 628 are shown in a series of illustrations, which includes all the links in the text. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust). Remove the fan assembly (1). Remove the bypass tract charge air hose. Remove guide tube for dipstick measurement of motor oil. Remove the accessory drive belt. Remove the guide roller (4). Disconnect from the water pump (7) of the cooling hoses tract (5 and 6). Remove the fixing screws and remove the pump assembly. In order to ensure access to the cap screw (7c) through the opening in the pulley rotate accordingly the crankshaft in the direction of normal rotation. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the pump seal. Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks.
