- Details of installation of the transfer case shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
- Remove the engine compartment trim panel.
- Remove the exhaust system with the support brackets (9 and 10).
- Remove the bolts (14), disconnect from the transfer box and tie to the elements of the frame rear propeller shaft (13), - try not to damage the hinge assembly and the central bearing.
- Remove the bolts (12), disconnect from the transfer box and tie to the elements of the frame front propeller shaft (11), - try not to damage the hinge assembly.
- Disconnect the wiring (3) of the servomotor.
- Prop up with gear assembly (1) and remove the crossmember with the rear suspension support of the power unit (5).
- Support the transfer case (2) jack.
- Remove the bolts (4), separate from the transmission transfer box and remove it by submitting the jack back.
- Installation is in the reverse order.
- Finally, make sure that the level of oil poured into the box reaches the lower edge of the fill / check hole.
