Refitting the lower left section of the instrument panel trim
Installation Details section tenderly left instrument panel trim | | |
| - On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) activate the service mode of the emergency call TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
- Turn the adjustable steering column to its highest position.
| - Turn on the auxiliary battery and connect it to a standard battery, then disconnect the negative cable last.
| | - Using a suitable release four wedge clamp and remove the covering plates (2).
- Turn the switch to "0", then remove the handle headlight (except models 463.246 / 249).
- Remove the fastening screws (5).
- Pulling up to the turn, remove the guide pins (4) The lower section of the instrument panel trim.
- Remove and, without disconnecting the wiring, set aside switch module headlight range adjustment (except models 463.246 / 249).
- With the help of a special nozzle (210 589 00 07 00), remove the module EIS / EZS (N73).
- Served in the direction of the arrow, remove the bottom section of the instrument panel trim.
- Installation is in the reverse order - with the appropriate configuration (code ET2) deactivate service mode of TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
- Finally, make the DTC reading and clearing of system memory on-board self-diagnostic scanner using STAR DIAGNOSIS (6511 1801 00) (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
