Removal and installation of the instrument cluster



Model release of 11.30.00

Details of installation of a combination of devices (model of release of 11/30/00)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
  2. Skip the shooting hook into the gap between the dashboard and the combination of (A1), - try not to damage the plastic.
  3. Release and disunite wiring connectors (1 and 2).
  4. Release combination (A1) from the panel.
  5. Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) activate the service mode of the emergency call TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  2. Turn the adjustable steering column all the way down until it stops and pull the steering wheel.
  1. Turn on the auxiliary battery and connect it to a standard battery, then disconnect the negative cable last.

    7 - Auxiliary battery

    9 - negative terminal wire module
    W10 - Ground Battery

  1. Hooking a suitable wedge, release the four clamps and remove the covering plates (1).
  2. Skip shooting hooks in the instrument cluster (A1), expand their curved ends outward until it stops, push in and fix in the guide, gently squeeze out.
  3. Expand the hook down through 90 ?� and pull, release the combination of (A1) of the instrument panel.
  4. Disconnect the connector (2) and completely remove a combination of devices (1).
  5. Installation is in the reverse order - with the appropriate configuration (code ET2) deactivate service mode of TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  6. Finally, make the DTC reading and clearing of system memory on-board self-diagnostic scanner using STAR DIAGNOSIS (6511 1801 00) (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
