Removal and installation of seat backs

The front seats

Details installing front seat backrest (models Convertible / SWB)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the front seat assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of the assembly of the front seats). Remove the plug (1) and remove the trim from the panel (3) screw (2). Remove the sealing plug (arrow) and turn located beneath the fixing screw. Depressing the back, release of the clamps and remove the side finishing panel (3). Disconnect the connector (a) electrical control unit (N32 / 1 or N 32/2). By marking the mounting position, disunite sockets (b and c) in block (x55 / x55 or 3/4). Remove the screws (4) of the connector block. On models corresponding complete set (code SM7 and SM / 8), remove the check valve (10) and disconnect the pressure line (9) multi-loop adjustment. Move aside the wiring (5) and (with appropriate equipment) pneumatic line - strapping bands (6) must be replaced without fail. Remove the mounting bolts on the left and right sides and remove the back (8) of the seat. Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of electrical connections.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the rear head restraints and fold the seatback forward. Having hooked, remove the lever (2) release latch back. Turn out fixing screws and remove the finishing panel (1). On models corresponding complete set (code H11) Disconnect the connectors (3) electrical heating back (R13 / 6x1 or R13 / 8x1), cut obvyaznye bandages and release the back of the wire. Remove the lock washer (5), remove the screws (6) and remove the locking mechanism back. Remove the mounting bolts (7) and remove the backrest. Installation is in the reverse order.
