Ignition system

The control unit ensures reliable ignition due to a programmed characteristic field.

With characteristically controlled ignition system ignition timing depends on the respective mode of operation. The measurement object is the engine speed, engine temperature and engine load (vacuum inlet tube, throttle position), at the moment, as there is a difference in moving a machine, for example, turns 4000 rpm / min downhill or uphill.

Required characteristic field ignition system is obtained experimentally and by checking the status of the engine in a move calculated to fuel consumption, exhaust fumes and traffic characteristics were optimal. These values are recorded in the control unit.

During the movement in the control unit signals are fed to the engine speed, engine temperature, load, which then, on the basis of the characteristic field of ignition is determined by the ignition timing corresponding to the working, of the engine at any given time, for example 10 ? before top dead center or 0 ?.

At failures in the control unit may drop in engine power. It is also possible increase in fuel consumption. These deficiencies should not be afraid if they promptly eliminated.

The ignition distributor is equipped with a maintenance-free sensor Hall. Hall sensor consists of a magnetic shield and fixed to the rotating shaft of the distributor of the diaphragm.

Hall sensor through the system control unit determines the point of ignition and turning off the current supply of the coil and thus the ignition timing of ignition.

High-voltage transformer combines in one unit the ignition coil, the unit is turned off and the final output stage. This helps to reduce voltage losses in power lines and connectors.
