Draining water from the fuel filter
Fuel filter | 1 - the fuel line from the fuel tank,
2 - the fuel line to the high pressure pump (pump)
3 - the fuel return pipe on the injection pump,
4 - the fuel return pipe to the fuel tank (indicated by arrows)
5 - E-ring of the control valve. |
The fuel filter is located in the hood under the left headlamp.
Only diesel engine
It is necessary to buy the fuel filter for diesel engine.
To collect the drained water is needed a suitable container.
A warning  Leaked diesel fuel, hitting on the rubber part (coolant hoses) must be immediately removed, as it is with the passage of time will destroy rubber.
