Defective injectors can cause severe engine knock, the noise is very reminiscent of the failed main bearing. When such a failure, allow engine to idle and consistently to unscrew the union nuts fuel line to the injectors. If, after unscrewing a nut knocking disappears, then the injector is defective.
Faulty injector can also determine if the unscrew the union nuts of pipelines (series) while the engine at high idle. If the engine speed after unscrewing a nut does not change, then the faulty injector. Nozzles checked by a special gauge to the service station.

The first signs of faulty injectors:
- Irregular ignition of the fuel mixture; - Knocking in one or more cylinders; - Loss of engine power; - Excessively black clouds of exhaust gas; - High fuel consumption.
Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Clean the fuel lines means of cold clearing. | 2. Remove the fuel lines in the collection. To do this, unscrew the union nut open ring spanner, eg HAZET 4560. | A warning Do not change the shape of the bend pipe. Blocks of pipelines to remove completely.
| 3. Unscrew the nozzle socket wrench 27 mm. |
| Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Set always new thermal insulation between the cylinder head and the nozzles. Groove upward arrow indicates a cylinder head. | 2. Tighten the nozzle torque 70 Nm. | 3. Tighten the nuts of pipelines to 25 Nm. |
