The relationship between fault codes and characteristics of driving

Driving the relationship between the fault codes and characteristics of driving
Fig. 2.237. Driving the relationship between the fault codes and characteristics of driving

1. If the same fault is detected and persists for two driving cycles, automatically warning light illuminates.
2. The warning light goes out, if within 3 consecutive driving cycles fault is detected.
3. Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is recorded in the computer memory when a fault is detected after two consecutive driving cycles. warning light illuminates when a fault is detected in the second cycle driving.
Upon detection of misfires recorded fault code and warning light comes on immediately after the detection of a fault.
4. The DTC is automatically deleted from the computer memory if the same fault is not detected for 40 cycles driving.

NOTE
Cycle engine warm correspondence sufficient working time during which the coolant temperature is increased by not less than 4,5 ? C from the time the engine starts and reaches a value not lower than 70 ? C.

Driving cycle includes starting the engine and drive the vehicle after the start of controlling the composition of a mixture of signals of the oxygen sensors.
