Computer memory makes R0121 and includes a warning light engine management system in the event of disagreement between the engine load signal from the throttle position sensor and a signal from the pressure sensor. This code indicates that the information on the throttle position and air flow, which is issued to the computer from the throttle position sensor and the pressure sensor does not correspond to the actual engine load. ECU brings to memory the code R0122 and includes a warning light engine management system, if the throttle opening angle for more than 0.2 s is less than 2,1 ? in two cycles of driving. This code indicates that the throttle position sensor and the ECU determines unusually small throttle opening angle. ECU brings to memory the code R0123 and includes a warning light engine management system, if the angle of the throttle opening for a 0.2 with more 105,4 ? in two cycles of driving. This code indicates that the throttle position sensor and the ECU determines an unusually large opening angle of the throttle.
NOTE Nominal resistance value when measured at the terminals 1 and 3, the throttle position sensor is between 1600-2500 Ohm. |
Check Disconnect the electrical connector throttle position sensor.

Check the resistance across the terminals 2 ("mass" sensor), and 3 (sensor supply) sensor electrical connector (Fig. 2.246). Nominal resistance value: 0,7-3,0 clod Connect the analog ohmmeter to terminal 2 ("mass" sensor) and 1 (sensor) sensor electrical connector. Slowly moving the throttle from the idle position to the full opening, watch the smooth change in resistance is proportional to the opening angle of the flap. In the event of resistance from the norm or change harshness replace throttle position sensor. Tightening torque, throttle position sensor: 1.5-2.5 Nm.
