Removal and installation of the lower control arm, replacing the front axle sleeve
| All the self-locking nuts and bolts must be replaced without fail! |
Refitting Details of the lower control arm front suspension | |
| - Details of the lower control arm front suspension shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
- Remove the torsion spring front suspension (see. Section Removal and installation of the vacuum brake booster and stroke sensor diaphragm BAS).
- Remove the knuckle (see chap. The transmission line).
- On models equipped with xenon headlights, remove the connecting rod level control planting Chuck (95b).
- Disconnect from the lower control arm (4) torsion bar (28) (see. Section Removal and installation of the main brake cylinder).
- Give fixture, remove the lower arm (4) of the stretcher.
- Release clamping joint in the rear end of the lever and lower down the bearing retainer (4d).
- Carefully read the lever for signs of mechanical damage, if necessary, prepare a replacement.
- Installation is in the reverse order - the final tightening of fasteners of the lever is made after the car lowering to the ground.
- Finally, make adjustment of suspension geometry.

Replacement sleeves Replacing peredneey bush lower wishbone front suspension

- Remove the lower arm (4) (see. Above).
- With the support sleeve (012r) and drift (012n) squeeze the rubber grommet (4k) of thrust of the arm.
- Planting a new sleeve is made in a similar manner to the application in addition to those used in the removal of fixtures (012n and 012r) of the mandrel (012r).
- Replace the lever (See above.).
