The outer tip

Details of the installation of the outer tie rod


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of the installation of the outer tie rod are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Using a suitable puller release the rod end (10a) of the knuckle.
  3. Fixing the tip stationary (arrow), release the lock nut (10i), the nut must be replaced without fail.
  4. Pre marking its installation position, remove the tip (10).
  5. Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of combination caused during dismantling tags.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Corresponding illustrative material is presented in the illustration, which include all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the outer tip (See above.).

When serving, remove the right and left traction boot.

  1. Hold the rail fixed spanner 24 mm, put on special flats, with the help of a Pelvic nozzle 36 or 38 mm (012), remove the tip of the inner hinge (12a / 12b), - extension cords should not be used to handle key or use a sledgehammer.
  2. Installation is in the reverse order.
