Adjusting the tension of the alternator drive belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER

If the belt is slightly tensioned at work, he will publish a background noise, and will be subject to premature wear. If the belt is tightened strongly, damage to bearings of the water pump or generator.

Loosen the nut ?�A?� and the alternator mounting screw ?�B?� fixing bolt tension adjustment.

Turn the adjusting bolt to adjust the belt tension.
Tighten the screw ?�B?� fixing bolt tension adjustment.
Tighten the nut ?�A?� fixing the generator.
Check the tension of the belt and, if necessary, repeat the adjustment. Tightening torque nut ?�A?� fixing the generator: 20-25 N ??? m Bolt ?�B?� fixing bolt tension adjustment: 12-25 N ??? m.
