Adjusting the tension of the toothed belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	Raise the vehicle.
	Turn the steering wheel all the way counterclockwise.

If the steering wheel does not apply excessive force.

	Remove the top casing of a gear belt.
	Remove the bottom casing of a gear belt.

Crankshaft rotates only clockwise.

Turn the crankshaft clockwise and align the timing marks to the piston in the first cylinder was established at top dead center on the compression stroke.

Loosen the bolt from the pivot point tightening mechanism and bolt from the slot.

To properly adjust the tension of the exhaust valve rocker arm set in the upper position of the cam.

Make sure that the teeth of the toothed belt and pulley match.
First tighten the bolt from the slot and in the second place - a bolt from the pivot point of the mechanism of a tension.
Install toothed belt tension.
Establish the bottom casing of a gear belt.
Install the top casing of a gear belt.
Install the water pump pulley and the motor mount.
