Install the cylinder head cover



PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove any residual gasket from the cylinder head cover and the cylinder head.
  2. Put on an interfaced surface of the cylinder head cover a thin layer of sealant (Loctite ?�� 5999).
  1. Install the cylinder head cover and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. Torque: 8.10 N ??? m.
  1. Connect the accelerator cable.
  1. Connect the crankcase ventilation hose.
  2. Connect the high-voltage wires to the spark plugs
  3. Install the top casing of a gear belt and secure it with four screws.
  4. Install the center cover and secure it with the five screws. Tightening torque: 2.5-3.5 N ??? m.
  1. Install the oil filler cap.
  1. Replace the cover on the engine.
