Removal and installation of injectors
| - Fuel system operates at high pressures (1350 bar).
- Do not carry out any work on the fuel system with the engine running or within 30 seconds after it stops.
- Always follow the precautions.
- When working ensure absolute cleanliness.
- Never remove the nozzles.

Withdrawal | - Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the nozzle.
- Disconnect the high pressure pipe from the pressure accumulator and injectors.
- Click on the clip and moving back, disconnect the fuel return pipe.
- Attach fuel return line connection. Never install it without clamping.
- Remove the copper sealing ring.

Setting | - Before installing injectors, clean the mating surface of the cylinder head and the surface of the seal.
- Insert the brush.
- Clean the sealing surface.
- Install a new copper sealing ring. To keep the rings on the nozzle, you can use a small amount of grease.
- Install the nozzle at the same time do not touch the tip of the spray gun and the slide clamp with the clamp bolt.
- Screw the clamping screw. Torque: 27 ?� 2 N ??? m.
- Install the high pressure pipe. Torque: 18-23 N ??? m.
- When installing the high pressure pipe to eliminate its twist lock hex key element of the pipeline.
- Attach fuel return line connection. Never install it without clamping.
- Pulling back on, check the fastening of the pipeline of return of fuel.
- Connect the injector electrical connector.
- Attach the wire to the negative terminal of the battery.
- Start the engine and check for fuel leaks.
- Check and erase stored in the memory DTCs fuel injector.
