Sensor crankshaft angle

The position of the piston in the cylinder is critical in determining the fuel injection timing into the combustion chamber. Since the pistons through connecting rods rigidly connected to the crankshaft sensor, crank angle control unit transmits information on the position of pistons and engine speed, and the important input variable is passed ECU.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the connector from the sensor crank angle.
  2. Measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 2 of the sensor connector. Resistance: 0,65-1,00 kW.
  3. If the sensor resistance is not correct, replace the sensor. The gap between the rotor and the sensor is a crank angle: 0.5-1.5 mm.
  4. Install the sensor, observing the tightening torque. Tightening torque: 4-6 N ??? m.
