The fuel temperature sensor (FTS)
| As the basic fuel temperature sensor element is used with a thermistor NTC (NIC), which is part of a voltage divider circuit. The reference used 5 V
|
Voltage drop across the thermistor ECM is transmitted through an analog-to-digital converter (ADC). In accordance with the characteristics stored in memory, the ECM determines the temperature as a function of voltage. Check sensor Sensor test is carried out after turning the key in the ignition switch ON or START.
