Removing and installing engine

- Open the hood and prop it upright.
- Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Remove the cylinder head covers.
- Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
- Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
- Remove coolant expansion tank (1).
- Disconnect the hose (2) cooling path extending from the thermostat housing to the radiator.
- Remove the air inlet (4/3).
- Remove the air intake hose (4/2).
- Remove the electric blower (3) of the cooling system.
- Install radiator screen protection / compressor K / V.
- Remove the accessory drive belt (6).
- Pump the hydraulic fluid from the reservoir power steering (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
- Disconnect the power steering line path (5) from the radiator.
- Disconnect the power steering line path (13) from the steering pump - immediately plug the open end of the hose and nozzle receiver.
- Disconnect the vacuum hose (10) from the control unit charging. Also, disconnect the vacuum lines (11 and 12) coming to the mixing chamber and a vacuum pump.
- Detach the air hose (19) from the turbocharger.
- Pick up the handset (110/5), the air supply to the mixing chamber pressurization.
- Disconnect tube cooling path (14 and 15) of the water pump.
- Disconnect the hose (16) fuel cooler.
- Disconnect the hose (17) of low-temperature cooler and remove the hose (18) is supplied to the thermostat housing.
- Disconnect the fuel feed pipe (8) of the preheating.
- Disconnect from fuel cooler return line (9).
- Disconnect the connector (s) of the engine wiring harness.
- Remove the tube (19) extending from the turbocharger (110) to the air coolers.
- Disconnect the electrical wiring from the compressor K / V.
- Otboltite compressor K / V (21).
- Post on the winch motor.
- Remove the bolts from the holes for the installation of a backup on the transmission housing.
- Prop up transmission.
- Turn out bolts of transmission to the engine.
- Loosen the spring-loaded mounting joint primary catalytic converter to the main three-functional catalytic converters (TWC).
- Release fasteners Front Mount the power unit (22) to the frame of the car.
- Separate the engine from the transmission, and carefully remove it from the engine compartment of the vehicle.
- Installation is in the reverse order.

- Open the hood and prop it upright.
- Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Lift the cover of the power unit.
- In the context of the workshop Car make discharge air conditioning system.
- Remove the left and right headlight unit (see chap. Body).
- Remove the top crossbeam of the frame (see chap. Body).
- Remove the tank Windshield washer fluid (see chap. Body).
- Remove the air cleaner assembly (18).
- Pre pumping the hydraulic fluid, remove the reservoir (21), the steering pump support plate sleeve distribution of intake air.
- Remove the left front wheel.
- Remove wheel arch locker protection.
- Through the wheelhouse, separate the refrigeration line (13) of the compressor K / V.
- Also, through the arch, disconnect the fuel line (14).
- Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
- Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
- Disconnect from the cooler (11) Air Hoses (9 and 10), right and left turbochargers and turbocharging air hose (12).
- Release the clamps of the primary catalytic converter on left and right turbocharger.
- Remove the screws of the dome transmission to the engine (except the bottom).
- Give nuts of the left and right suspension towers of the power unit.
- Remove the cover (30) service of the window and remove the bolts to the rotation converter equipped with ring gear disk drive starting.
- Separate from the transmission case left and right drain hoses (28 and 29).
- Disconnect the radiator (1) Ventilation (5) and feeding (4 and 6) hoses.
- Disconnect from a radiator cooling line path ATF (2 and 3).
- Disconnect from a radiator cooling fluid path line GUR (7 and 8).
- Remove the electric cooling fan (see chap. System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- Install radiator screen protection / compressor K / V.
- Disconnect hoses (15 and 17), the low-temperature cooler.
- Disconnect the return hose heater (16).
- Disconnect the connectors for wiring sensors MAF (B2 / B2 and 6/7).
- Remove the diffuser (20) to the air inlet sleeve (24).
- Remove coolant expansion tank (19).
- Remove the supply hose to the left of the heat exchanger on the engine compartment bulkhead.
- Remove the circulation pump cooling system (optional) with the shield and the battery without disconnecting the hoses, move it to one side.
- Release the fasteners and remove the oil filler tube (27) ATF with the cylinder head cover.
- Separate from the mounting fuse and relay the vacuum line of the intake port shut-off valve (23) and a vent hose cooling system.
- Disconnect the vacuum line of the intake port shut-off valve (23) from the brake servo amplifier.
- Disconnect from the compressor K / refrigerated line (26).
- Disconnect from the steering pump pressure line (25).
- Disconnect the drive cable from the position sensor (22).
- Remove the position sensor (22) from the bulkhead.
- Disconnect the connector (s) of the engine wiring harness.
- Post engine on the winch, fully unloaded Front Mount power unit.
- Prop up transmission.
- Remove the lower bolts of the dome of transmission to the engine.
- Pulling the engine forward, separate it from the transmission, then gently remove it from the engine compartment.
- Installation is in the reverse order.
- Fill the cooling system with fresh coolant in a service station to charge the system K / V. Check the ATF, if necessary, make appropriate adjustment (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
- Finally, connect the DLC reader STAR DIAGNOSIS and make a survey of the processor memory for the presence of fault codes (DTC). After completing the necessary corrections, clean the system memory.
