Removing and installing exhaust manifold
Details of installation of the engine exhaust manifold Series 612
| - Details of installation of the engine exhaust manifold 612 series shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
- Remove primary catalytic converter (120/1).
- Remove the turbocharger (110).
- On models with AT remove the support bracket of the guide tube of the probe measuring the level of antibodies - Do not remove the tube.
- Give the self-locking nuts (4) and remove the exhaust manifold (1).
 | Locking nuts securing the exhaust manifold must be replaced without fail! |
- Check the condition of stud bolts, in case of need make replacement.
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the manifold and the cylinder.
- Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the gasket (2).

- Remove the corresponding turbocharger.
- Give nuts (5) and remove the exhaust manifold (1/3).
| Locking nuts securing the exhaust manifold must be replaced without fail! |
- Check the condition of stud bolts (4), in case of need make replacement.
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the manifold and the cylinder.
- Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the gasket (2).
