Adjusting tailgate

Check clearance in conjunction with the tailgate adjacent elements of the body. The values given in the specification.

1. Open the tailgate.

2. Remove the bolts (1) on the left and right hinges.

3. Remove the cover of the cargo hold, refer to the appropriate section.
4. Remove the bolts from the lock.
5. Remove the bolts of the side plastic stoppers. Press forward stops.
6. Close the back door and adjust the gap. Fasten bolts hinges and locking torque 9Nm.
7. Adjust the stops so that they fit with the door closed. Tighten the bolts.
8. Replace the cover of the cargo hold, refer to the appropriate section.

1. Open the tailgate.
2. Remove with a plastic wedge facing roof at the rear and pull back a little. Carefully insert the wooden bar height of 65 mm between the roof and cladding.
3. Remove the two nuts hinge between the roof and cladding.
4. Remove the clamp and remove the inner lining in the trunk.
5. Remove the bolts from the lock.
6. Close the back door and adjust the gap. Tighten bolts and nuts on hinges 9Nm moment.
7. Install the inner lining in the trunk and fix the roof lining.
