Details of the installation of a flywheel / drive disc to the engine 111 series

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Details of the installation of a flywheel / drive disc to the engine 111 series are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text. Remove the transmission (see chap. Manual box of a gear change and Avtomatichehkaya transmission). On models with Manual transmission remove coupling (see chap. The transmission line). Install the lock (3). Remove the mounting bolts (1). Remove the flywheel (86) (single-section, either a two-) / drive plate (98). On models with AT remove the back plate (3). Installation is in the reverse order. Mounting bolts must be replaced without fail.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Details on the installation disk drive motors of series 112 and 113 are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text. Remove the transmission (see chap. Avtomatichehkaya transmission). Install the lock (6). Remove the bolts drive a disk (1) to the end of the stud of the crankshaft (5). Remove the washer (2). Remove the drive disc (1). Installation is in the reverse order - the uniqueness of planting drive is guaranteed by the presence of a cylindrical pin (4). Mounting bolts must be replaced without fail.
