PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect the negative wire from the battery. Remove the spark plug Remove the cylinder head cover. Remove the electric cooling fan / fan assembly with the viscous coupling (depending on configuration) and the fan shroud. Provernuv the crankshaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder in position of 40 ?� after TDC, - the camshafts must turn grooves to the center line of the engine and freely fixed locking pins. On models equipped with an air pump before installing the right locking pin is necessary otboltit combination valve. Copper plating chain segments should be aligned with the marks on the camshaft sprockets, - in order to achieve the desired result may need to crank up to 14 times. Remove the chain tensioner (see. Section Removal and installation of components of timing). Remove the camshaft position sensor (CMP). Provernuv the crankshaft in the normal direction, provide convenient access to dismember chain links. Remove the bearing cap bridge right camshaft. With the pin (3), lock the right camshaft.
