Removing and installing exhaust manifold
Details of installation of the engine exhaust manifold 111 series

- Remove the lambda probe.
- Remove the retaining nut and remove the exhaust manifold.
- Remove the exhaust manifold gasket (156/3).
- Remove the support bracket of the exhaust manifold.

- Check the condition of the fastening screws, in case of need make replacement.
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the manifold and the cylinder.
- Installation is in the reverse order - time fixing new gasket may be provided by a few strokes of the sealant.

- Remove the front wheels.
- Remove lockers and deflectors to protect the wheel arches.
- Remove the screws (11/1) securing the exhaust manifold front pipe exhaust system.
- Release fasteners fixing front exhaust pipe to the support bracket on the transmission housing.
- Give fixing nuts (156/1) and remove exhaust manifold (156).

- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the manifold and the cylinder.
- Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the gasket (156/5).
