Setting up the base camshaft

Checking the base camshaft engine series 111

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material to verify the basic camshaft engine 111 series is presented in the figure, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the cylinder head cover (11).
  3. Provernuv the crankshaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder in position of 20 ? after TDC, - the mark of 20 ? measuring scale on vibration damper (95) should be combined with a pointer (A) on the cover of the timing and cam drive inlet (78) and outlet (77) of the first cylinder valves - turn-lobed upwards at an angle.
  4. Check out the free passage of the locking rod (01) into the holes of the bearing cover number 1 or number 6 and the locking opening of the intake or exhaust camshaft.
  5. Because gas distribution chain tension intake camshaft position should take between 20 and 30 degrees, and outlet - between 25 and 35 degrees after TDC.

Offset planting chain 1 tooth leads to a 20-degree shift, - if necessary, make appropriate adjustment (see. Below).

  1. With the correct basic setting emphasis on the sprocket (75) of the intake camshaft has to be displaced in the direction of "lag", ie to be shifted in a sample of the flange in the direction of rotation of the camshaft (arrow).
  2. Deytsvuya in the reverse order of disassembly, replace the components acting in film.

Setting

Setting up the base camshaft engine series 111

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material for adjusting the base camshaft engine 111 series is presented in the figure, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Check the basic setting the camshaft (see. Above).
  3. Remove the front cylinder head cover (see. Section Removal and installation of covers of timing).
  4. Provernuv crankshaft in the normal direction, bring the first cylinder in the position of 30 ? after TDC, - in this situation the engine camshafts can be rotated without any risk of collision with the valve piston.
  5. Remove the chain tensioner (14) (see. Section Removal and installation of components of timing).
  6. Remove the sprocket (78) of the exhaust camshaft.
  7. Pull up and remove the gas distribution chain (73) with an asterisk (75) of the intake camshaft.
  8. Expand the camshafts in the basic position and lock of the locking pin (01) inserted through the holes in the bearing caps ?? 1 and 6.
  9. Pulling the chain up, return the piston of the first cylinder in position of 20 ? after TDC.
  10. Throw a chain (73) on the sprocket (75) of the intake camshaft, after making sure the correct position of the latter.
  11. Pre tucking into the circuit, replace the sprocket (78) of the outlet shaft.
  12. Replace the chain tensioner (14) (see. Section Removal and installation of components of timing).
  13. Remove the locking pins (01).
  14. Make sure all the basic settings (see. Above).

M112 / 113

Check and installation

Setting up the base camshaft engine series 112 and 113

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material for adjusting the base camshaft engine series 112 and 113 is represented by the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the cylinder head cover.
  3. Check the base camshaft, - if necessary, expand the engine in position 40 ? after top dead center of the piston of the first cylinder.
  4. Remove the chain tensioner (see. Section Removal and installation of components of timing).
  5. Remove the hall sensor.
  6. Picking up the chain, remove the asterisk first right, then left camshaft.
  7. Using a spanner, expand the left camshaft in basic position - deployed to the center line of the engine slots (6) should be aligned with the line of the joint of covers with the heads - and secure it with the locking plate (2), placing the last flush with the left head and tucking in a groove (6) of a camshaft.

The position of the piston of the first cylinder 40 ? ATDC camshaft can be rotated without any risk of collision with piston valves.

  1. Operating in a similar manner, set the right camshaft.
  2. Tucking into the circuit, replace the camshaft sprocket (first left, then right).
  3. Install the hall sensor.
  4. Install chain tensioner (see. Section Removal and installation of components of timing).
  5. Make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels, and then reinstall the cylinder head cover.
