Removal and installation of a fuel distributive highway and injectors



Details of installation of a fuel distributive highway on models 163.113 (612 series engine)

1 - Mounting bracket pressure line
19/1 - pump pressure line
21 - Fuel pipe
21/3 - oil return line
21/4 - the fuel return line

21/6 - injector fuel lines
22 - the fuel return line of the cooler
23 - O-Rings
B4 / 6 - the fuel line pressure sensor
Y74 - Valve-pressure regulator


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a fuel distributive highway on models 163.113 (engine series 612) are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the trim panel of the cylinder head cover.
  3. Disconnect the wiring from the sensor (B4 / 6) and the pressure control valve (Y74).
  4. Remove the fuel injectors (21/6).
  5. Remove from the fuel line (21) the pressure (19/1) and return (21/4) line.
  6. Remove the fuel return line from the cooler (22) and the oil return line (21/3).
  7. Remove the fuel line, if necessary, remove the nozzle (see. Below).
  8. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace all sealing elements.
  9. Finally, start the engine and check the components of the fuel path for signs of leaks, clean the memory module on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of the installation of nozzles on models 163.113 (engine series 612) are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove coolant expansion tank.
  3. Remove the trim panel of the cylinder head cover (7 and 8).
  4. Disconnect the injectors (Y76) wiring.
  5. Release the clips (2) and remove the oil return line (3).
  6. Remove the clips (4) and remove the injectors (Y76).
  7. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace sealing elements.
  8. Finally, start the engine and check the components of the fuel path for signs of leaks, clean the memory module on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).

Highway

Details of installation of a fuel distributive highway on models 163.128 (628 series engine)

1 - Air Cleaner

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a fuel distributive highway on models 163.128 (engine series 628) are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the diffuser (see. Section Service Component inlet air path).
  3. Remove the fuel injectors (21/6) and the pressure fuel line (19/1).
  4. Remove the bolts (2) and remove the fuel line (21).
  5. Installation is in the reverse order - tighten the fixing bolts only after the installation of pressure lines.
  6. Finally, start the engine and check the components of the fuel path for signs of leaks, clean the memory module on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of the installation of nozzles on models 163.128 (engine series 628) are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the diffuser (see. Section Service Component inlet air path).
  3. Remove the left air duct (4).
  4. Remove the left front wheel and the wheel arch locker protection.
  5. Remove the air inlet duct from the cylinder head cover and move it to the side.
  6. Remove the right and left covers the nozzles (2).
  7. Disconnect the injector wiring and fuel lines (6).
  8. Release the clips (7), then remove and move in the direction of oil return line (8).

Catches must be replaced without fail!

  1. Remove the clips (10) and remove the injectors (Y76).
  2. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace sealing elements.
  3. Finally, start the engine and check the components of the fuel path for signs of leaks, clean the memory module on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
