Removal and installation of the electric shut-off valve - 163,113 models

Details of the installation of the electric shut-off valve on models 163.113 (612 series engine)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Details of the installation of the electric shut-off valve on models 163.613 (engine series 612) are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
Remove the trim panel of the cylinder head cover.
Disconnect from the electric shut-off valve (Y75) wiring and the fuel line (1).
Otboltite shut-off valve (Y75), separate it from the intermediate tube (2), then pull forward and remove.
Installation is in the reverse order - if necessary, replace the O-ring (3).
Finally, clean the memory module on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
