Removal and installation of the valve assembly models 163,128



Details of the installation of the valve assembly models 163.128 (628 series engine)


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of the installation of the valve assembly models 163.128 (engine series 628) are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the air distribution duct (see. Section Service Component inlet air path).
  3. Remove the fuel filter assembly with support bracket (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  4. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the pressure sensor in the fuel line (B4 / 6) and the pressure control valve (Y74).
  5. Disconnect the fuel pressure line (1, 2 and 3), - immediately plug the open ends of the disconnected lines / fittings, collect traces of spilled fuel.
  6. Remove the banjo bolt (4) choke connector (5).

O-rings are subject to replacement without fail!

  1. Remove the valve block (9) with the distribution manifold air path after disconnecting it from the return line (8).
  2. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the sealing elements (6, 7), start the engine and check the components of the power system for signs of leaks. Finally, clean the memory module on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
