Removal and installation of the fuel pump (high pressure pump)
Details of installation of pump models 163.113 (612 series engine)

- Remove the trim panel of the cylinder head cover.
- Remove the accessory drive belt.
- Otboltite from the pump (19) pressure line (19/1).
- Remove the pump assembly from the bracket (1).
- Disconnect the fuel pump (19) fuel return line (2).
- Remove the electric shut-off valve (Y75).
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove the pump assembly (19).
| Do not open the pump assembly, - if necessary, remove the drive element (5)! |
- Disconnect the pump from the connecting pipe (4).
- Installation is in the reverse order. Do not forget to replace all sealing elements, make sure the observance of cleanliness of interfaced surfaces.
| The drive element is replaced complete with the intermediate sprocket drive pump (see chap. Engine). |

- Remove positioner throttle upper air sleeves.
- Otboltite from the pump (1) the pressure line (3) and the fuel return line (4).
- Disconnect the communication line (arrow) on the quality of the mixture control valve (Y94).
- Remove the bolts (5) and remove the fuel pump assembly (1).
| Do not open the pump assembly, - if necessary, remove the floating sleeve (6)! |
- Rate the degree of deterioration of the floating sleeve (6), if necessary, replace.
- Installation is in the reverse order - make sure that when installing the pump housing (13) intermediate stars were deployed in the same direction as the zero mark (arrow). Be sure to replace the sealing element tensioner. Do not forget to replace all sealing elements, make sure the observance of cleanliness of interfaced surfaces.
