Removal and installation of the fuel pump prior



Details of the pre-installation of the fuel pump on models 163.113 (612 series engine)

1 - Vacuum line


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of the pre-installation of the fuel pump on models 163.113 (engine series 612) are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the trim panel of the cylinder head cover.
  3. Remove the vacuum pump (2).
  4. Disconnect from the preliminary pump (13) supply line (3) and return (4) fuel.
  5. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the pump assembly (13), prepare to collect spilled fuel.

Do not open the pump assembly!

  1. Installation is in the reverse order - before installing the pump should be pre-fill with fuel. Ensure compliance with the purity of the mating surfaces of installed components, be sure to replace the gaskets.
  2. Finally, start the engine and check the corresponding components of the power system for signs of leaks.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of the pre-installation of the fuel pump on models 163.128 (engine series 628) are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the bypass duct (see. Section Service Component inlet air path).
  3. Remove the mounting bolts (2) and remove the pre-assembly of the fuel pump (1), - ready to collect spilled fuel.
  4. Installation is in the reverse order - before installing the pump should be pre-fill with fuel. Ensure compliance with the purity of the mating surfaces of installed components, be sure to replace the gaskets.
  5. Finally, start the engine and check the corresponding components of the power system for signs of leaks.
