Removal and installation of the fuel pump prior
Details of the pre-installation of the fuel pump on models 163.113 (612 series engine)

- Remove the trim panel of the cylinder head cover.
- Remove the vacuum pump (2).
- Disconnect from the preliminary pump (13) supply line (3) and return (4) fuel.
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove the pump assembly (13), prepare to collect spilled fuel.

- Installation is in the reverse order - before installing the pump should be pre-fill with fuel. Ensure compliance with the purity of the mating surfaces of installed components, be sure to replace the gaskets.
- Finally, start the engine and check the corresponding components of the power system for signs of leaks.

- Remove the bypass duct (see. Section Service Component inlet air path).
- Remove the mounting bolts (2) and remove the pre-assembly of the fuel pump (1), - ready to collect spilled fuel.
- Installation is in the reverse order - before installing the pump should be pre-fill with fuel. Ensure compliance with the purity of the mating surfaces of installed components, be sure to replace the gaskets.
- Finally, start the engine and check the corresponding components of the power system for signs of leaks.
