Removal and installation of the valve, the fuel pressure regulator

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Details of the valve, the fuel pressure regulator on diesel models shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
On models 163.113 (engine series 612) remove the fuel line (see. Section Removal and installation of a fuel distributive highway and injectors) for models 163.128 (engine series 628) remove the valve block (see. Section Removal and installation of the valve assembly models 163.128).

The valve controller wise to replace the assembly with the fuel line / valve assembly.

If necessary, the pressure control valve (Y74) can be removed from the clamped in a vice with soft sponges line / valve assembly by reversing of the fastening bolts (2).
Installation is in the reverse order. Do not forget to replace the sealing elements.
Finally, start the engine and check the components of the power system for signs of leaks.
