Removing and installing fuel injection control module
Details of installation of the control unit CDI (N3 / 9) to 163.113 models (612 series engine)

- Remove the cover of the assembly block located in the left side of the engine compartment.
- Disconnect the wiring and remove the control module (N3 / 9).
- Installation is in the reverse order - track reliability of fixing pin.

Models 163,128 Details of installation of the control module on the CDI models 163.128 (628 series engine)

- Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Open the hood and fix it in an upright position.
- Remove the cover from the mounting fuse / relay box.
- Release the clamps and disunite contact connectors wiring (first 3, then 1 and 2) control module CDI (N3 / 9).
- Pull up and remove the control module (N3 / 9).
- Installation is performed in reverse order - first of all is connected and fixed connector (1). Track reliability of fixing the connectors.
- Finally, clean the memory module on-board self-diagnostic system (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
