Removal and installation of a forward wing locker

1. Lift the front of the car and set it on the stand.

2. Remove the three bolts (1) and remove the expander clamp (2).

3. Remove the clip expander 4 (1) of the front bumper.

4. Remove the front wing locker of the wheel arches.

1. Mark a paint position of a corresponding forward wheel concerning a nave. This allows the assembly to establish balance the wheel in its former position. Loosen the wheel bolts before jacking the car. Lift the front of the car, put it on supports and remove the front wheel.

2. Remove the front part of the wing locker.

3. Remove the plastic nuts and bolts (arrows on an illustration). To the rear of the locker element necessary to turn out a bolt and a nut on the bottom.

4. Remove the rear (1) and upper (2) the elements of the wing locker wheel arches. Rear element must be removed under the cover on the bottom.

1. Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
2. Replace the front wheel so that coincided marks put at removal. Preliminary grease with a thin layer of bearing grease centering the belt drive wheel on the hub. Bolts do not grease the wheels. Rusty bolts replace. Tighten the screws. Lower the car on wheels and tighten bolts cross-wise the moment of 110 nm.
