Removing and installing the front door facing

1. Disconnect the negative (-) cable of the battery when the ignition is off. You must first remove the air filter box of the passenger compartment.

Before disconnecting the cable, find out the radio security code, if any, address to Section Replacement of the battery.

2. Fully lower the window and open the door.
3. Remove the triangular patch, refer to the appropriate section.

4. Insert a plastic wedge (1) in the top and bottom of the slot door handle and remove the cover (2).

5. Remove the screws (arrows in the figure) in the door handle at the top and bottom.

6. Remove the SRS-cover (1) of the lining.

7. Remove the screw (arrow in the illustration) SRS-rear cover.
8. Remove the cover (2) of the door lock.

9. Using a plastic wedge disconnect backlight cladding doors (1) at the rear edge of the door.

10. Take out the lamp and disunite a socket (2).

11. Use a plastic wedge in the area of the clamps (arrow in the illustration) between the door leaf and lining and separate the lining of the door.

12. Take the trim (1) in the area of the outside rearview mirror and remove the lining up of the internal rubber seal (2).

13. Have an assistant hold the door and remove the lower group of switches, refer to Section Removal and installation of switches in the door.
14. Pull the inner door opener from the shell and pull out of the guide at the door handle. Disconnect the cable.
15. Put the door facing the corresponding pad.

16. Separate the trim (1) in the region of the outer mirror in the window frame of the clamping holder (arrows in the illustration) and disconnect its perimeter frame.

17. Lift the internal rubber seal (1) in front of the window frame and disconnect.

18. Lift up through the gap of the internal rubber seal outer sealing tire at the window frame, and separate it.

1. Place the outer sealing tire in the groove in the window frame, and press firmly.
2. Place the inner rubber seal into the groove in the window frame, and press firmly.
3. Press the trim window frames under the seal of the frame and lock. Facing should not lag behind the frame.
4. Ask the assistant to hold the door trim and connect the cable to the inner door opener.
5. Set the trim band switches, refer to Section Removal and installation of switches in the door.
6. Attach to the door lining, enter the lining of the top edge in the rubber seal at the edge of the window and press firmly.
7. Attach the clamps on the door trim.
8. Further installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
9. Connect the negative (-) cable to the battery when the ignition is switched off. Replace the cabin air filter box. Enter the code of the radio and set the time on the clock.
