Removal and installation of a center differential

Details of the installation center differential

1 - tapered roller bearing
2 - Differential
3 - Adjustment ring
4 - The output flange bearing cover
5 - Upper rear cover
6 - Cover the intermediate flange
7 - Intermediate flange

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Remove the intermediate flange (7) (see. Section Removal and installation of an intermediate flange).
Remove the transfer case assembly center differential (2).
Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to adjust the axial play of the shaft by fitting shims.
Finally, do not forget to initialize the servo using the reader STAR DIGNOSIS, - ask for help from experts firm HUNDRED Mercedes-Benz.
