Removing and installing the cover intermediate flange

2 - Upper rear cover 3 - Bolt M8x80 4, 7 - Bolt M8x50 5 - cover intermediate flange	6 - Bolts M8x50 hex head 8 - Shims M46 / 2 - Servo transfer case

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the servo assembly (M46 / 2) the transfer case (see. Section Removal and installation of the servo transfer case).
Remove the back cover (2) - note the difference in length of mounting bolts.
Remove the cover intermediate flange (5), - note the difference in length of mounting bolts.
Check the axial clearance of input and intermediate shafts - if necessary pick interchangeable shims (8).
Installation is in the reverse order.
Finally, do not forget to initialize the servo using the reader STAR DIGNOSIS, - ask for help from experts firm HUNDRED Mercedes-Benz.
