Removing and installing transfer case

Details of the installation of a distributing box (for example, series 750.653)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect the wiring and remove the servo transfer case (see. Section Removal and installation of the servo transfer case).
Disconnect the transfer case (1) the drive shafts (4, 16 and 18) (see. Section Detaching and attaching the drive shafts to the transfer box), nuts (17, 19 and 25) must be replaced without fail.
Using a suitable socket wrench, remove the gauge-switch of the differential lock indicator (S76 / 7).
Remove the filler (9) and drain (13) and vent plug in the prepared capacity transmission oil.
Poddomkratte transfer case (1) below, fully unloaded rubber pads (7) supports its suspension.
Remove the front support arm (14), remove the rubber pads (7) at the back, slightly lower right side of the transfer box, expand the left forward and make a withdrawal. Check the condition of the rubber pads (7), if necessary, replace them.
Installation is in the reverse order. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort, do not forget to replace the O-rings (8 and 12).
