Removal and installation of the executive cylinder drive locking center differential

Details of the installation of the executive cylinder driving the center differential lock (for example, the transfer case Series 750.653)


1 - Executive cylinder 2 - pin 3 - Spring 4 - Nut 5 - Disc 6 - Pistons	7 - Aperture 8 - Disc 9 - Seal 10 - a rod of switching S76 / 7 - Sensor switch center differential lock

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the transfer case (see. Section Removal and installation of a distributing box).
Using a suitable puller remove the coupling flange connecting the PTO drive shaft transfer case.
Release in diagonal order fixing bolts and remove slave cylinder (1).
Carefully wipe all components, replace defective components.
Installation is in the reverse order.
