Removal and installation of an intermediate flange

Details of the installation of the intermediate flange

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the transfer case (see. Section Removal and installation of a distributing box) and secure it to the mounting stand.
Remove the servo transfer case (see. Section Removal and installation of the servo transfer case).
Remove the intermediate flange (4).
Installation is in the reverse order - if necessary, make a selection of shims to bring back to normal axial clearance of input and intermediate shafts.
Finally, do not forget to initialize the servo using the reader STAR DIGNOSIS, - ask for help from experts firm HUNDRED Mercedes-Benz.
