Removing and installing bumper

1. Mark a paint position of a corresponding forward wheel concerning a nave. This allows the assembly to establish balance the wheel in its former position. Loosen the wheel bolts before jacking the car. Lift the front of the car, put it on supports and remove the front wheel.
2. Lift the front of the car and establish on supports.

Operation lifting and car installation on supports is connected with danger! Therefore, prior to the operation to check out the Poddomkrachivanie and towing Introduction to management.

3. Remove the front locker, refer to the appropriate section.

4. Remove the locking screw (1) between the wing and the bumper. (4) - the adjusting screw.

5. Disconnect with screw driver (2), bracket (3) on the bumper and tilt it toward the center of the car.
6. Pull the clip back and remove the bumper.
7. Remove the ambient air temperature sensor, refer to Section Removal and installation of ambient air temperature sensor.
8. Disconnect the connector left and right fog lamps.
9. Disconnect the connector of parking assistant, if it is installed.

10. Remove the 2 mounting bolts (2) on the right and left at the fog lamps.

11. Open the hood and remove the two screws (1) on the right and left at the lights.
12. Remove the Assistant bumper car.

1. Set with the assistant bumper into place.
2. If necessary, adjust with the screw (4) gap. Clearance value given in the specification.
3. Secure the bumper with 4 screws 4Nm moment.
4. Insert the bracket between the wing and the bumper, so that the clamp brackets into the guide went on the bumper. Screw the locking screw.
5. Install the outdoor temperature sensor, refer to Section Removal and installation of ambient air temperature sensor.
6. Dock connector foggy lanterns.
7. Dock Connector parking assistant, if any.
8. Install the wing locker, address to Section Removal and installation of a forward wing locker.
9. Replace the front wheel so that coincided marks put at removal. Preliminary grease with a thin layer of bearing grease centering the belt drive wheel on the hub. Bolts do not grease the wheels. Rusty bolts replace. Tighten the screws. Lower the car on wheels and tighten bolts cross-wise the moment of 110 nm.
10. Connect the negative (-) cable to the battery when the ignition is switched off. Replace the cabin air filter box. Enter the code of the radio and set the time on the clock.
11. As soon as possible, check headlight adjustment to the service station and, if necessary, adjust.
